He will likewise be tasked to generate leads for corporate sales and lease, tapping high end markets. He will also compile and update property listings.

Duties of property management include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues and providing a buffer for those landlords desiring to distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
The Property Management Officer’s primary objective is to achieve balance between providing peace of mind for the Landlords while ensuring that both the Tenant and the property receive the most essential professional care required.
Focus is on handling day-to-day needs of the property while minimizing cost of repairs. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills will be required in the delivery of service especially when there is extreme difficulty in expectations.
Services to offer include arrangement of outgoings, repairs and maintenance, property inspections, management of the check-out process, payments of realty taxes and the like.
